Spinach tartlets

Quick and easy, this recipe can be made with goat cheese or other seasonal vegetables! A recipe created by the children at the Écolothèque recreation center during educational cooking workshops for a lunchtime tasting.

Ingredients

puff pastry

red onions
Soy cream

2 cloves

Garlic

A handful of

grated emmental

Steps

Wash the spinach.

Slice the onions and sauté them in a skillet with olive oil and herbes de Provence.

Add the spinach and the crushed garlic cloves, and cook for a few minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the pie crust and use a cookie cutter to cut out your tartlets.

Spread soy cream on the pastry circles, arrange the spinach mixture on top, and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese.

Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C.
